My first attempt to try Braso de Mercedez, then I called it "Hita de Mercedez" because i can't roll it out. The meringue turned out to be thicker as it should be.. perhaps the baking pan I used. But the taste was the same as tunay na Braso de Mercedez... hehehe... 50/50 rate.
My ingredients are 10eggs (yolks and white separated), sugar, cream of tartar, 1 can condensed milk
10 eggyolks 10 eggwhites
1/2 teaspon cream of tartar 3/4 cup granulated sugar
